We are pleased to announce the launch of a new website dedicated to the works of Chou Wen-chung (www.chouwenchung.org), distinguished composer, teacher, cultural ambassador, and student of Edgard Varèse. The goal was to provide an updated and comprehensive resource for students, composers and musicians to learn about Chou’s unique canon of work, and his momentous impact on the development of modern arts, music and culture.

The website was commissioned by Spiralis Music Trust, a 501(c)(3) private foundation dedicated to promoting ideas advocated by Edgard Varèse and his literary executor, Chou Wen-chung; and to support projects by composers, musicians and artists who advance Varese’s legacy by reaching beyond one’s own cultural environment in pursuit of universal artistic expression.
